Information you give us
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, message and any phone number or subject you provide. For a job application, we collect your name, email address, phone number, CV, any cover letter, optional LinkedIn profile and answers to application questions. If you sign up for job alerts, we collect your email address and whether you also chose to receive occasional company news.
How we use it
We use contact details to respond to your message. We use application details to review your application and communicate about the role. We use job alert addresses to contact subscribers about new roles; occasional company news is only for people who select that option. We do not use a job application as a signup for company news.
Storage and access
Form submissions and subscription records are stored in the service that supports this website. Uploaded application documents are stored there as well. Access to submissions and application documents is restricted to authorised administrators. Service providers involved in hosting and operating the website may process data as needed to provide their services.
Your choices
You can ask us to review, correct or delete information you submitted, subject to any applicable legal obligations. To stop job alerts or company news, email us from the address you used to subscribe. We will handle these requests at info@inextglobal.ltd.
